The largest urban shopping and leisure centre in Europe will open in east London next week with a host of celebrities in attendance.
After costing �1.45 billion, Westfield Stratford City will open its doors to the public on Tuesday.
The opening for the 1.9 million sq ft development will be hosted by Pixie Geldof and Nick Grimshaw, and feature pop star Nicole Scherzinger performing five tracks.
Other famous faces during the day will include Kelly Brook who will launch the New Look store.
Sporting stars Colin Jackson, Tyler Saunders, Darren Sinclair and Twinelle Hopeson will be in-store at Lloyds TSB.
A ribbon-cutting ceremony will be conducted by London’s Mayor Boris Johnson and Frank Lowy, chairman of Westfield Group.
Located alongside the Olympic site, Westfield Stratford City will have 300 shops and 70 restaurants.
Major retailers include John Lewis, Waitrose and Marks & Spencer, with around 18,000 staff employed there.
