Clapton Football Club has appointed Wayne Seal as their new assistant manager.

The Tons continue to make changes to their coaching staff as they sign the former Witham Town assistant to join the ranks as they look to turn their slow start to the season around.

Seal will now work alongside manager Jonny Fowell.

The appointment means current assistant Andre Thomas will now take up the role of first team coach alongside recent recruit and former Maidstone United man Colin Reid at Forest Gate-based club.

Thomas and Reid are also joined by former London Bari and Hackney Wick manager Chris Davis on the coaching staff.

Davis, who was appointed in a coaching role last week, will be taking up the role of match and player analysis for the club.

Seal, the former Southend Manor manager, will be in the dug out for his first match this Saturday as they face neighbours Hackney Wick.
