East End Runners enjoyed mixed fortunes

It was a mixed bag for East End Road Runners at home and abroad this week.

Fraser Smart took on the Salomon Ben Nevis Ultra, completing the course in six hours 14 minutes.

Pavish and Naina Karnik took on the The Richmond 5k Pirate Run on the Saturday.

And on Sunday, Pavish returned to south London with fellow club members Abida Peters, Chinthana Amarasinghe, Claire Wheatman and Catherine Apps as they tackled the half marathon.

Meanwhile, in Clapham, Leena Choi, Emily Whalan, Gary Hunt, David Elsom, Joanna Dorling took part in the Adidas 10k City Run.

Callum Millward, Charissa Taylor, Dini Patel, Jacqueline Fernandaz, Kat Gibson, Sarah Wixey, Marc Upton, Ben Love, Tanya Earle and Shirley Sceats volunteered.

Albert Kurniadi, Ulrike Gerstenberg and Jolly Lazar took part in The Berlin Marathon.
