West Ham United have banned a group of fans over their actions in a viral video taken during a game at London Stadium.

It also confirmed that all individuals had their season tickets suspended and are unable to enter the London Stadium and travel with the club for away fixtures.

A man, who is seen smoking in the video, proceeds to dust powder on a bald man’s head.

Laughter can be heard from other people in the stands as one says: “Wheey, go on, video that. Go on get in there.”

It continues to show another man appearing from behind with a rolled up £20 note, and he says: “Let’s f**king have it” and starts sniffing the powder.

After snorting the powder, he proceeds to shout: “Irons, Irons.”

More white powder is still visible on the man’s head after the act.

The full statement from West Ham reads: "There is no place for this kind of behaviour.

"The club is disgusted by the contents of the video and acted swiftly to identify the offenders.

"In line with our zero-tolerance approach, details of the offenders were immediately passed on to the police, and all individuals had their season tickets suspended and are therefore unable to enter London Stadium and travel with the club for away fixtures.

"Pending our own club investigation, this could lead to the offenders being banned indefinitely.

“There is no place for this kind of behaviour."
