The tournament will be staged over the weekend of November 24-27 and also incorporate the end of season awards.
The Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park venue initially has a five year deal to host the marquee event.
Peter Tudor, director of visitor services at London Legacy Development Corporation, said: “It’s great to see a top flight event like the World Masters coming to the Copper Box Arena confirming Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park as the place to be for the best in sport.
“With the European Aquatics Championships at the London Aquatics Centre and the London Anniversary Games at the Stadium, next year promises to be another fantastic year for the Copper Box Arena and venues at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.”
Ticketing details for the Winmau World Masters will be announced in due course.
