A woman who is desperately searching for her missing parrot has invited the American psychic who told her she still had every chance of finding the pet, to England.

Luckey, a yellow parakeet, has been missing from Shahin Asadi’s home, in Caistor Park Road, Stratford, for three months after escaping through the garden door.

However, after a string of failed attempts in finding the bird, Dr Asadi, 69, enlisted the help of psychic Ann Fisher, who gave a list of locations in Stratford where she believed Luckey could be found.

On Sunday, the university professor, joined by two members of the rescue team from Animal Search UK, went to the locations, but they were unable to find the 15-year-old bird.

Dr Asadi has said she will now call the psychic to Stratford in a bid to find her pet.

She said: “I am still very optimistic that I will find Luckey and I am not going to stop until I find her.”

Dr Asadi is offering a £5,000 reward to anyone who finds Luckey. Call 07757 262410 with information.
