Witnesses needed of Canning Town accident that left biker in “critical condition”

Police are appealling for witnesses following an accident near the Canning Town flyover on Tuesday that left a biker seriously injured.

The 22-year-old man is recovering from a leg and pelvis injury at the Royal London Hospital after being trapped under a mobile crane on the A13 at 6.45am.

Traffic officers say he is in a critical condition and next of kin have been informed.

Anyone with information are urged to call officers at the Chadwell Heth Traffic Garage on 020 8597 4874.
