The borough’s MPs both voted against airstrikes on Syria in last night’s vote.
East Ham MP Stephen Timms – who was earlier this week “undecided” on which side to back – voted against miltary action, while Lynne Brown, who represents West Ham, knew she was going to vote against the air strikes earlier this week.
Labour MPs were given a free vote by the party leader, Jeremy Corbyn.
Prime Minister David Cameron called for the debate after attacks by terror group Isis killed 130 people in Paris last month.
MPs voted 397 to 223 in favour of sending RAF Tornados into Syria following the all-day debate in the House of Commons.
