Westfield Stratford City organisers have closed viewing areas six hours ahead of Justin Bieber’s performance tonight, claiming they are full to capacity as thousands of fans flood the shopping centre.

There are three designated viewing areas for fans to watch the teenage sensation arrive by helicopter at 7.45pm, turn on the Christmas lights and perform his hits but Westfield announced these areas were full around 1.30pm this afternoon.

A source claimed people have been queuing since 2am and all 2,580 special allocation wristbands had been distributed by 7am.

The Canadian star, from Stratford in Ontario, will be introduced by Radio One DJ Reggie Yates before performing four songs to launch his new Christmas album, Under the Miseltoe.
