Man’s best friend wasn’t the only entrant in this year’s competition to find the best dressed Sci-Fi dog.
Two young girls also tried their luck in the Sci-Fido competition which was organised as part of film festival Sci-Fi London, held at Stratford Picturehouse.
They faced competition from dogs dressed as Bantha from Star Wars - complete with large mounts - and monster Godzilla, among others.
Sci-Fi London, a fortnight-long annual festival festival, now in its 13th year, concluded on Sunday.
Highlights of year’s event included the UK premiere of 13 films, including Kirsten Dunst’s latest movie, Upside Down, and an Alien all-nighter of the four classics back-to-back to celebrate its 35th anniversary.
Special guests in attendance included actor David Prowse, best known for playing Darth Vader, the cast of cult show Mystery Science Theater 3000 and comedian and Youtuber Stuart Ashen.
