Police want to speak to a man in connection with an assault outside a pub that left a man with cuts to his head.

Footage has been released of a suspect as police investigate an assault outside The Goose in Broadway, Stratford.

Police were called to the attack at about 10pm on July 11.

Paramedics treated the unconscious 41-year-old male victim at the scene.

The man described his attacker as a white man in his 30s with short brown hair, saying he wore a dark blue T-shirt with grey trousers and white shoes during the assault.
