Travel warning: Fog hits London City Airport again

Fog and other bad weather conditions have returned to London City Airport to disrupt services this morning.

Though not as many as yesterday flight and departures, 20 in all, have been either cancelled or delayed with others diverted to other airports.

A statement on the LCY website says: “Due to poor visibility at London City Airport this morning, flights are experiencing disruptions. Passengers are advised to contact their airlines for more information.”

The Woolwich Free Ferry is not operating in either direction today because of a technical defect. Passengers are advised to use other routes and expect delays.
