Good news for West Ham fans still mourning the loss of their former stadium - there’s a chance to see Upton Park once more.

The ground takes centre stage in a new action film, Final Score, which sees wrestler-turned-actor Dave Bautista try to rescue his niece after she is abducted at a football match - and stop the 35,000 fans in the ground from being killed by Pierce Brosnan’s gang of armed criminals in the process.

Filming took place at the Boleyn Ground two years ago, prior to demolition, and featured West Ham fans and Newham residents as extras.

Before it hits the big screen later this summer, there’s a trailer to whet your appetite for a football match with a difference.

The dramatic scenes include Bautista riding a bike off the roof of the stadium - while the match is going on down below.

Final Score, directed by Scott Mann for Sky Cinema, will be in cinemas from September 7, rated 15.
