The world’s top table tennis players will be heading to the ExCeL centre on Thursday for an Olympic test event.
The International Table Tennis Federation (ITTF) Pro Tour Grand Finals will take place from November 24-27. Olympic Gold medallists and world champions, including Zhang Jile and Ding Nig, will battle it out for $365,000 prize money.
The London Organising Committee of the Olympic Games will put key operations such as field of play, equipment, technology and staffing levels to the test.
