The charity is bringing back its, Full Hearts Full Tummies project, following its success last year, when hundreds of disadvantaged children enjoyed a hot meal and a ticket to a family show with the money raised at Stratford Circus.

This time round, families will have the chance to enjoy a festive lunch, before watching a special performance of arctic adventure Breaking the Ice, the theatre’s Christmas show.

Monique Deletant Bell, director of Stratford Circus Arts Centre, said: “We believe every child in Newham deserves a magical experience at Christmas.

“Your support will make some fantastic childhood memories, introduce children to the arts for the first time, fuel young imaginations and fill little tummies.”

The charity will be collaborating with children’s centres, food banks and local charities to ensure they reach those most in need across the borough, who may not be able to afford a seasonal treat.
