A team of Cancer Research employees have taken their commute to the next level by visiting every station on the London Underground.

Fay Ganney, 26, of Silvertown, donned an orange morph suit and joined colleagues to take on the challenge of visiting all 270 stations in just one day, raising more than £1,750 for Stand Up To Cancer.

The weary travellers were trying hard to break the world record time of 15 hours and 45 minutes, but fell short by nearly three hours, finishing in 18 hours and 23 minutes.

“It was so much fun taking on this epic trip together. The support we got from fellow passengers was fantastic and our orange outfits certainly drew the eye,” said Fay.
