National Rail trains through Stratford are subject to delays and alterations due to a signalling failure at Ilford station.
A spokesman for the Greater Anglia service said the failure took place around 8.30 this morning, affecting the route between Liverpool Street and Shenfield.
However, he said engineering work has since taken place and the problem has been resolved.
He added that there may still be alterations to people’s journeys “for the next half hour or so”.
