Shoppers have been dazzled by Essex glamour when the stars of “The Only Way is Essex” met hundreds of fans at Westfield Stratford City.
The stars from the BAFTA award-winning reality TV series travelled to the new shopping centre to meet viewers from east London and to promoite the release of their new DVD.
Student Harry Derbridge, glamour model Sam Faiers, nightclub manager Kirk Norcross and car sales assistant Gemma Collins were greeted by hundreds of screaming fans outside the HMV store, mostly young schoolgirls, at the launch.
Queues to meet the foursome stretched all around the new store and fans screamed with excitement when they arrived at 5.30pm to pose with the new DVD.
Harry, Sam, Kirk and Gemma took their seats and chatted to fans who asked them to repeat catchphrases such as “Shut up!”, sign their DVDs and posters and inundated the stars with requests for kisses.
