Residents in East London have the chance to find out about plans for the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.
The London Legacy Development Corporation, overseeing the park, is inviting residents in Newham, Hackney, Tower Hamlets and Waltham Forest to attend residents meetings about the plans.
Thier Chief Executive Dennis Hone said: “We want local people to have all the facts about job and training opportunities, new homes and park opening dates so they can get involved in the future of their Park.”
The Park will open in phases from July this year.
The meetings will take place on April 22 at Chandos East Community Centre, 90Chandos Road, Stratford; on April 25 at Cre8 Lifestyles Centre, The Old baths, 80 Eastway, Hackney; and on April 30 at Carpenters School, 9 Warton Road, Stratford. The meetings are from 6pm to 8pm.
