Prepare for a clash of cuisines at the Stratford Centre this Saturday when singing Rastafarian entreprenur Levi Roots rustles up a dish with eastern European supermarket Lituanica.
The creator of Reggae Reggae sauce commences cook off at 11am, 1pm, with Lituanica at 2pm, and 3pm.
He will also be signing copies of his new book ‘Grill with Levi’.
Andrew Norton, centre manager, said “We are delighted to have Levi Roots visiting The Stratford Centre and hope he brings some inspiration for our customers as well as some fun cooking techniques to rejuvenate your everyday cooking.
“Our retailers are really excited about this event and we would like to give special thanks to Sainsbury’s for providing the ingredients for Levi and Lituancia for taking to the stage. It’s going to be a great day.”
