Newham Council has launched a new initiative for disabled people who are interested in setting up micro-enterprises.

The Newham Micro-Enterprise Project has been set up to support the development and growth of support services within the health and social care market in Newham and to support disabled entrepreneurs to develop their own micro-enterprises.

Help is now available from the council for older and disabled people who are interested in setting up their own micro-enterprise. A free event, Enterprise for All, will take place on October 17 at The Hub, 123 Star Lane, Canning Town.

To reserve your place at this free event visit http://enterpriseforall.eventbrite.com or contact Susan Mbabazi on 020 3373 4121 or Susan.Mbabazi@newham.gov.uk.

The event has limited spaces to please book your place as soon as possible.
