Police were called to reports of a shooting

Newham detectives are appealing for witnesses to a shooting in Romford Road in Manor Park this morning.

Police were called at approximately 6.30am to the Total Petrol Station following reports of shots fired at a stationary Mercedes C-Class.

There were two people in the vehicle who were not injured during the incident.

The male suspect, who was on foot, is described as being in his late teens or early 20s and was wearing a hooded top.
