Police appeal over £17,500 Forest Gate pawnbroker theft

Police are trying to trace a man in connection with a theft from a Forest Gate pawnbrokers.

£17,500 was taken from the shop in April 2015.

Detectives would like to speak to 27-year-old Raj Sanger as part of their investigations into both the theft and a letting fraud that took place in Plumstead, south east London, between July and December last year.

Sanger is known to have connections in both Newham and Birmingham and also frequents places in south east London.
