Police are appealing for witnesses after a woman was stabbed in Stratford yesterday.
A Metropolitan Police spokesman confirmed that the woman, 29, had been stabbed in the leg following a fight outside the Stratford Village Surgery in Romford Road.
Police and the London Ambulance Service were called to the scene at 2:40pm and the woman was taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Anyone who witnessed the stabbing or has any information is asked to call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.
No arrests have been made and inquiries are continuing.
