Plaistow road closed after accident involving a cyclist

A cyclist escaped uninjured after a road accident at a zebra crossing in Plaistow.

Police and paramedics attended the scene in Stopford Road just after 7pm on June 5 after reports that he collided with the back of a black Renault Clio.

The road was closed to motorists for about an hour while officers carried out an investigation.
