A road in Plaistow remains partially blocked after a pedestrian was hit by a car this morning.
Police and ambulance crews arrived at the junction of the B116 Balaam Street and the A124 Barking Road just after 7am and the victim was treated at the scene.
Their injures are described as non life-threatening, but road restrictions are still in place on Balaam Street.
