Orient boss Russell Slade includes new-signing 18-year-old Jose M’Poko in the squad following his arrival from Spurs earlier in the day.

The midfielder will start on the bench and has joined on a month-long loan and will stay until October 23.

The youngster has an impressive pedigree having played for the Belgium under-19 team.

Slade, desperate for points to haul his side off the foot of the table, makes two changes from the side beaten at Notts County 3-2 last weekend.

Defender Terrell Forbes returns in place of Aaron Brown, while Scott McGleish replaces Ryan Jarvis.

Brentford, managed by former O’s player Andy Scott, include former Gary Alexander in their side.

The one-time Orient skipper joined the Bees from Millwall earlier in the season.

The Bees have just two points more than Orient, but recorded a Carling Cup success against Premier League side Everton on Tuesday.

Brentford: Hamer, O’Connor, Woodman, Balkestein, MacDonald, Weston, Spillane, Adams, Diagouraga, Osborne, Alexander. Subs: Lee, Bean, Forster, Cort, Hudson, Wood, Legge.
