Slade hoping to conclude a loan deal before the weekend
Orient manager Russell Slade is confident of bringing a striker in on loan before Saturday’s home game against Walsall.
The O’s boss admitted: “I’m hopeful that we will have a new front man in before the weekend.
“I might have to wheel and deal, but I’m confident something will happen in the next 48 hours.”
O’s could be without leading scorer Kevin Lisbie for Saturday’s game as he faces a late fitness check on a hip injury.
