It’s going to be a lot easier to get to some of the park’s venues as Transport for London have re-routed a bus.
The D8, which runs between Stratford International and Crossharbour via Canary Wharf, All Saints and Bow Church, will now serve destinations in Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.
The new timetable, which will see additional stops at Carpenters Road and Pool Street, will come into operation on Saturday.
The frequency of buses on the route will stay the same, with a bus about every 12 minutes in the daytime Monday to Saturday, and one every 20 minutes in the evenings and on Sundays.
