Leyton Orient will face Conference Premier side Southport at home in the FA Cup first round.

Russell Slade’s League One leaders kept up their impressive start to the season with a 1-0 home win over Rotherham United, thanks to Kevin Lisbie’s goal.

The tie will be played over the weekend of November 9-10, having faced Stevenage in the Johnstone’s Paint Trophy area quarter-final in the midweek building up to the FA Cup tie at Brisbane Road.

Southport currently lie in 17th place in the Conference Premier table, and beat Marske United 6-2 in the fourth qualifying round of the competition to reach the first round proper,

The Port are managed by former Aston Villa, Middlesborough, Blackburn Rovers and Blackpool defender Alan Wright, who appeared in the 2000 FA Cup final for the Villa side which lost 2-0 to Chelsea.
