Budding young film makers from Newham have been offered places on a free training course.
Recruitment is now open for Digital Futures 2013, which is run by Four Corners.
It is aimed at groups currently under-represented in the industry. Forty unemployed people will have the chance to apply for positions in UK feature films or TV drama productions.
The scheme, based in Bethnal Green, will also offer eight trainees paid industry placements in camera or editing.
Funding comes from the Big Lottery and Trust for London.
The closing date for applications is October 12. For more information, visit www.fourcornersfilm.co.uk
