Rush hour commuters face long delays with disruption on the A13 this evening.
Long queues are expected eastbound after an earlier diesel spillage and collision on the Queen Elizabeth II Bridge in Dartford closed two of its four lanes – traffic is slow-moving as far back as Ferry Lane.
