A new system for street trading licences will be introduced by Newham Council tomorrow (April 12) requiring sellers to apply for temporary licences.
The new rules mean people who sell on pavements, footpaths, roads, and private forecourts will need to apply for a temporary street trading licence for a maximum of six months.
Application forms for temporary licences and further information is available online now at the council’s website, www.newham.gov.uk, by emailing Licensing@newham.gov.uk or by calling 020 3373 1925.
