Bus routes in the borough are set to be affected by two all-day strikes.

Tower Transit, which runs less than five per cent of the capital’s buses, has decided to take industrial action on Friday and Monday from 12.01am to 11.59pm.

Among the services affected will be the 25 from Ilford to Oxford Circus (via Stratford) and the 58 from East Ham to Walthamstow Central.

The 69 from Walthamstow to Canning Town, 308 from Wanstead to Clapton, 425 from Clapton to Stratford, N25 from Oxford Circus to Hainault and the N550 from Trafalgar Square to Canning Town will also not operate.

Transport for London recommends bus users check here before travelling on the two days affected.
