House hunters can discover even more about a potential home at Chobham Manor with a pioneering digital tool.

VUITNOW allows prospective buyers to use touchscreen tables and iPads to take a virtual 3D tour of the homes on offer.

They can save and compare floorplans, see the view each apartment will offer and email screenshots to themselves.

The new technology is available at the sales and marketing suite in Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, where digital walkthroughs and models are also on display.

Regional sales and marketing director for Taylor Wimpey, Michael O’Leary, said: “Visitors to Chobham Manor have been amazed by the VUITNOW technology, which provides them with an easy, intuitive digital way of exploring the development and the homes here.

“We’ve experienced incredible demand for the Chobham Manor homes with over 100 properties already sold, and so I would urge would-be purchasers to pay us a visit as soon as possible to give themselves the very best chance of securing their pick of the plots – and of course, thanks to VUITNOW, they can try before they buy!”

With a mixture of townhouses, maisonettes and terraced apartments, Chobham Manor offers homes ranging in size from one to five bedrooms that will be available from summer 2015, as well as retail space, play areas and communal gardens.

It is a joint property venture by Taylor Wimpey, L&Q and the London Legacy Development Corporation.
