The lives of two men, who were seriously injured after one fell from the upper ground floor at Westfield Stratford, are not in danger.
Police and the London Ambulance Service were called to the scene at the shopping centre yesterday at around 3.30pm after an 18 year-old from Manor Park fell onto a 47-year-old man from Essex who was walking below.
Both were taken to The Royal London Hospital in Whitechapel.
A spokesman from Newham Police said: “Both men are in a stable condition in hospital with non-life threatening injuries.”
Police are still investigating the full circumstances of the incident. No arrests have been made.
