Private landlords and lettings agents can discuss how changes to benefits will affect their properties.
Changes to Local Housing Allowance, and the introduction of Housing Benefit caps and Universal Credit are explained by Dawn Cove, head of benefits at Redbridge Borough Council, and landlords can raise any concerns.
Andy Rudkin, from NLA Mortgages, will also give an overview of the buy-to-let mortgage market while Claire Empson, from Daisylets, will offer tips on property management.
