A man died after being struck by a train at Maryland station last night.
The London Ambulance Service attended the scene after being called at 7.15pm but the man was pronounced dead at the scene.
A British Transport Police spokeswoman said that officers are trying to establish the man’s identity and inform his family.
The incident is not currently being treated as suspicious.
Abellio Greater Anglia and TfL Rail services were disrupted for several hours.
