A MAN has appeared in court charged with attempted murder after a 28-year-old sustained serious injuries in a 25-foot fall.
Dwaine Dyer, 28, of no fixed address, was charged with the attempted murder of William Asante, who still remains in a critical condition.
He appeared at Straford Magistrates Court on Saturday when he was remanded in custody until February 4 when he is expected to appear at the Old Bailey.
Mr Asante, of Upper Road, Plaistow, was found to have serious head injuries after falling from a second-floor balcony last Wednesday (October 27).
