A man in his 30s was pronounced dead at the scene after falling from a tower block in Hathaway Crescent in Manor Park.
Police were called to the street at just before 9am. Other emergency services including the air ambulance also attended the scene.
Although next of kin have been informed the man’s identity has not been released.
It is understood that his death is being treated as non-suspicious.
