A crash between a lorry and a Range Rover is causing heavy delays westbound on the A13 Newham Way in Canning Town.
Police were called to the junction with Freemasons Road at around 7am, but no-one was injured and all lanes have been reopened.
However, traffic is still queuing from between the A112 Prince Regent Lane junction and Canning Town Flyover, as far back as the Ferry Lane Interchange.
