All lanes have reopened following a crash between a car and a lorry on the A13 near Plaistow.

Emergency services were called to the A13, near Prince Regent Lane, at about 3.05pm following reports of an accident.

The eastbound carriageway was reduced to two lanes but has since fully reopened.

Residual delays remain from the East India Dock Tunnel, according to Traffic for London.
