A BI-ANNUAL check by the International Olympic Committee of the Olympic Park site and preparations for London 2012 has begun today.
Over the next three days IOC inspectors will be reviewing venues and ticket pricing, and gaining an update on the plans to shift the Olympic marathon from the East End to the Mall, which have been fiercely opposed by East London councillors.
