Today Kate Middleton,Duchess of Cambridge, attended a SportsAid Athlete Workshop at the Copper Box,in the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, at her first solo engagement after the birth of baby George. Young athletes had the opportunity to meet and talk about sports with her Royal Highness, a Patron of SportsAid, who even had a go playing voleyball.
