Sci-Fi fanatics looked out of this world in their costumes to celebrate a film festival at the Stratford Picturehouse this week.
Families and friends took part in a parade to unleash their inner geek with some big names in attendance such as Darth Vader and Stormtroopers from Star Wars, schoolboy wizard Harry Potter, superheroes Batman and Iron Man, Dr Who and his Daleks, and there were even a few Martians zipping around.
The parade travelled through the Stratford Centre on Sunday on its way to the cinema in Salway Road for the 12th annual Sci-Fi London Film Festival - which opened yesterday and runs until Monday - to watch fantasy features, shorts and documentaries, and to meet other fans of the genre.
