House prices rose by six per cent in Q3, down slightly from seven per cent in Q2.
HOUSE prices rose by six cent in Newham during the third quarter to an average of �236.131, according to data published by the Nationwide Building Society.
The market cooled slightly after rising by seven per cent in Q2.
Price growth was behind the rest of the capital, however, where average prices were up by nine per cent to �293,582.
The housing market in London slowed from the 13.2 per cent year-on-year increase posted in Q2.
