A citizens’ panel on health and care services in Newham needs volunteers.

The online panel, set up by the East London Health and Care Partnership, allows participants to propose ideas for care services in the borough, while also giving feedback on existing services.

It’s done via short surveys online, with members required to give 20 minutes of time every four to six weeks to complete them.

Jane Milligan, from the East London Health and Care Partnership, said: “The citizens’ panel is a great opportunity to make a real difference to the NHS and social care in your area. You don’t need to be an expert on health or care services to get involved, we want to hear from everyone.

“By taking part, not only are you getting your voice heard, you’re also giving back to the NHS and others in your community. It should be an interesting and rewarding experience for everyone involved.”

Anyone aged 16 and over living in north-east London can become a member, and should sign up here.
