Youngsters at east London’s Richard House children’s hospice have created a Tree of Life artwork now on public show at Stratford.

The colourful painting standing 6ft tall by 3ft wide is on display at an exhibition at Old Stratford Town Hall showing works by disabled artists from east London, part of Disability History Month which runs until December 22.

The painting was created by the youngsters and their families at the hospice in Beckton, with help from the Divine Touch community group.

The hospice charity provides free care and services for youngsters with life-threatening illness and their families from all over London and the South East.
