A Plaistow pensioner, missing for four days, has been found safe and well at Heathrow Airport.
Jean Borg’s disappearance sparked concern because she has dementia and needs regular medication for a number of health issues.
The 73-year-old was last seen in Glen Road, Plaistow, on the afternoon of May 16.
She was discovered at the airport, in West London, at 1.10am on Sunday morning.
A Metropolitan Police spokesman added: “Newham police would like to extend their thanks for the help and support they received from the public.
