Food theatre showing shoppers how to cook delicious and nutritious meals using fresh ingredients comes to Westfield Stratford City ton Saturday with hourly demonstrations and masterclasses from 1pm.

Top local chefs will recreate their signature dishes live in open kitchens and reveal their tips and tricks of the trade.
